55 minutes Initial Assessment and Psychotherapy session, Fully Licensed Therapist $175.00

55 minutes Initial Assessment and Psychotherapy session, Associate Level Therapist $120.00

75 minutes Psychotherapy Sessions Full License Therapist $210.00

75 minutes Psychotherapy Sessions Associate Level Therapist $150.00

Group Therapy – TBD by type of group and duration of sessions

Self-Pay Disclosure and Good Faith Estimate Notice

In compliance with the No Surprises Act, as a self-pay client, you are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected costs of your mental health services.

Good Faith Estimate: This estimate will outline the expected charges for the services you will receive. Please note that this is just an estimate, and the actual charges may vary based on your specific needs and treatment plan.

Right to a Good Faith Estimate: You have the right to receive this estimate both before and during your care, and you may request an updated estimate at any time. If you are billed for more than $400 over the provided Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.

Scope of the Estimate: The Good Faith Estimate provided will cover the services you schedule, including therapy sessions, evaluations, and any additional treatment plans. It does not cover any other services that may arise unexpectedly during your treatment unless those services are separately scheduled and estimated.

No Surprises Act: This federal law aims to protect clients from unexpected medical bills for out-of-network services. However, since I do not accept insurance and operate on a self-pay basis, this applies primarily to ensuring transparency in costs for the services you choose to receive.
